Baby is growing up so fast!

So, since last post, we've done a lot of things.  We've been to downtown DC quite a few times to enjoy more sites and all the while, Merilee is growing up so fast right before our eyes! In the last post there were pictures of Merrilee with one little tooth.  Now she has 2 teeth with 3 more cutting in! She has learned how to sit up, roll all around the room, make more sophisticated baby babble, feed herself a baby biscuit, and she still just smiles at everything and everyone! We think she is learning that she is supposed to smile for the camera because almost everytime we point it at her, a big grin comes across her face! Here are a few pics as evidence...

Us at the Jefferson Memorial.  If you look closely, you can see Merrilee's two bottom teeth poking out.

More Jefferson Memorial.  Nice hair baby.
Family Photo at Jefferson Memorial...with Mike trying to be superman in the background.

Baby needs her rest when we go on these outings.

At the FDR memorial.  If you zoom in on this one you can see her little teeth again! :)

On Conference Weekend, we went to the DC Temple visitor's center on both days. On Saturday we just walked around the temple grounds and the visitor's center before conference started and came home to watch it with Mike and Song on their computer.  On Sunday, we went back and watched one of the sessions at the visitor's center and then came home for the other.  It was a good way to spend conference weekend!
Merrilee enjoying the Temple grounds

It was a BEAUTIFUL day!

Still enjoying Temple grounds in her cute outfit!

Some other things we have done recently include visiting a few of the Smithsonian Museums, the Lincoln Memorial, WWII memorial, Vietnam War memorial, Korean War memorial, and probably other stuff I'm forgetting.  We got asked to sing in church this past sunday...Ben and I sang "Be Still My Soul".  It was nice to sing together and practice for it...it gave us music in our lives!

Speaking of Music...I figured out how to get Ben's Impossible Dream video on here! Enjoy! :)
